MY FITNESS PAL
My Fitness Pal is a free app that is a good HCG diet tool for your computer and mobile devices. I use the food diary to keep track of everything I eat during the day, and it calculates my calories and carbs. I use it on both my cell phone and my computer. This is a great HCG Diet Tool
The computer allows me to change my daily goals to match my daily calorie limit on the diet. On the mobile app, the lowest calorie limit I can set to is 1200, so log on to your computer and change your calorie goal to match your daily calorie limit with the diet. I have my macro goals set to 20 percent carbs, 40 percent protein, and 40 percent fat. Make sure your carbs stay under 30 grams while on phase two of the diet. Your physician will be able to advise you if these are safe goals for you too.
In the diary, I not only keep track of the foods I eat each day. I also rely heavily on the notes section. I record what day I am on in the diet and side effects I may have during the day. In phases three and four, I use the notes to track any adverse reactions I may have to foods as I reintroduce them into my diet, such as a gluten intolerance or any food allergies that show up. This is also helpful in showing your physician what you ate when symptoms occurred.
Record your weight in the progress section to see a graph of your weight loss during your diet. You can add photos here to see the difference in your appearance. This is also a helpful way to show your physician your rate of weight loss.
